Wedding Photography Perth Mandurah

Our passion for Wedding Photography in Perth sometimes takes us to private residences just like our gorgeous clients Sarah and Graham’s wedding did, just out of Mandurah in Stake Hill. For us it means these weddings are full of pure love and family!

Quite often it’s easy to get swept up in the fluff that comes along with planning a wedding and forget the true meaning which is love, commitment and the joining of two families.

Sarah and Graham’s wedding day was all about love and family!

When I first met Sarah and Graham during their wedding planning stages it was crystal clear that their wedding day would be glorious!

It was just that!

I dare you to count the number of little ones Sarah and Graham included in their wedding day! This was a first for me.  In the back of my mind I had to make sure every little flower girl and page boy was captured.

Sarah spent many hours sewing and creating the flower girl’s dresses and parts of the page boy outfits. When you look through the blog images  you will see just how much love Sarah put into her wedding day by including all these adorable little cuties.

From making dresses, to invitations, to her cake, to boxed gifts for her bridal party and her flowers and buttonholes watch out for all the small details this bride crafted. I especially love the touch added to her son Riley’s buttonhole! Wait till you see it.

Sarah was very much a hands on bride. So what about Graham? He was right there in the lead up to the wedding supporting Sarah and making sure everything she longed for on her wedding day came true. From the reception setup to installing all the festoons and lighting in the marquee Graham was a very hand’s on groom. I hear his groomsmen pitched in to help too.

It was very much a personal wedding with so many personal touches. The celebrant officiating the ceremony was Becky (Rebecca) Jones, a long time family friend.

If these lovers can pull off the wedding of their dreams together,  just imagine what life has install for them.

On the day of the wedding there were tears at the groom’s preparation, not from our groom, well not that we saw, but from little pageboys when their daddies put them down for a quick photo. There was a firey haze which filled the sky, throwing an orange glow around and a little boy chasing his mummy up the aisle after the ceremony in tears (yes we photograph tears too).

The Outdoor Marquee reception meant all the children could play and dance freely. Oh Boy did they dance and play! From cartwheels to dress twirling, connect four to noughts and crosses this wedding covered all bases. This wedding gave us great candid wedding photography opportunities.

Queue the father and daughter dance. Allen, father of the bride, wow! Can this father dance! Allen and Sarah danced up a storm. Allen twirled his daughter around the dance floor and at the end of the song in stepped the groom, Graham.

Sarah and Graham you got your perfect wedding day. Surrounded by family and friends it was an honour to watch you become husband and wife and capture all of your wedding day memories via photography for you.

Best wishes for a future filled with love and happiness.
